Shower-safe, but high-wear. Links thin over time from constant abrasion against shoes and hems, and a worn link eventually parts.
Everyday abrasion is faster at the ankle than anywhere else. This is not a never-take-it-off piece.

04Care
Sterling silver reacts with sulphur in air and on skin, so it darkens over time. That is normal and reversible — a polishing cloth brings the surface back. Rinse and dry it after any warm day — sweat at the ankle is the fastest route to a dull chain.
