03Nickel release
Nickel release ≤ 0.2 µg/cm²/week — nickel-safe, tested to UK REACH limits. UK REACH restricts nickel release from articles inserted into pierced ears to 0.2 µg/cm² per week, and from articles in prolonged skin contact to 0.5 µg/cm² per week. Lead content is restricted to 0.05% and cadmium to 0.01%. Supplier conformity documentation is held on file and available on request.
04Care
Sterling silver reacts with sulphur in air and on skin, so it darkens over time. That is normal and reversible — a polishing cloth brings the surface back. Polish the three together twice a year and they stay the same tone.
Do not use an immersion cleaning bath on strung, glued or deliberately oxidised pieces. Full care guide.
