03Care
Sterling silver reacts with sulphur in air and on skin, so it darkens over time. That is normal and reversible — a polishing cloth brings the surface back. Engraved lines hold tarnish and darken — most people prefer that, since it makes the text readable.
Do not use an immersion cleaning bath on strung, glued or deliberately oxidised pieces. Full care guide.
