03Nickel release

Nickel release ≤ 0.2 µg/cm²/week — nickel-safe, tested to UK REACH limits. UK REACH restricts nickel release from articles inserted into pierced ears to 0.2 µg/cm² per week, and from articles in prolonged skin contact to 0.5 µg/cm² per week. Lead content is restricted to 0.05% and cadmium to 0.01%. Supplier conformity documentation is held on file and available on request.

04Care

Sterling silver reacts with sulphur in air and on skin, so it darkens over time. That is normal and reversible — a polishing cloth brings the surface back. Two flat faces and four narrow edges — a cloth handles all of them.

What it is

A 10 mm × 1.8 mm bar on a 925 post, set to run horizontally. It is the one stud in the line with a direction, which is why it reads differently on each side of the face.
